1)      What are your hours of operation?

Monday-Friday 7:30am-5:00pm & Saturday 7:30am-1:00pm

   

2)      Where are you located?

Pride Collision Center is conveniently located in the Pride Chevrolet Dealership at 715 Lynnway, Lynn, MA 01905.  781-599-1200

 

3)      Do I need an appointment for an estimate?

No appointment is necessary; you can stop by anytime during regular business hours. Estimates are always free.

 

4)      My insurance company said I had to go to a specific shop, is this true?

It's your choice where your vehicle is repaired. It's illegal in Massachusetts for an insurance company to require you to take your vehicle to one of "their" shops. We will work directly with your insurance company to return your vehicle to pre-accident condition.

 

5)      What should I know before an accident?

·        With your car being one of your largest investments, preserve it by having a professional repair it to pre-accident condition.

·        Never operate a vehicle you feel is unsafe due to an accident.

·        Some insurance companies may request you go to their drive-in claims center or get an estimate from the shop of their choice. The choice of shops to repair your vehicle is your decision. We are experienced and can help you through that process.

·        There is no law that requires you to obtain more than one estimate.

·        Differences in estimates are common. A lower estimate may not include all necessary work to repair your vehicle. If you are not sure about an estimate you have received from an insurance company or another shop, just let us know and we will happily explain the differences.

·        Ask about their warranty on repairs, what is covered and for how long.

    

6)      What should I do if I'm involved in a car accident?

Pride Collision Center is here to help. Call our help line at 781-599-1200 ext 622 and one of our collision experts will help with all the details. We can call a tow truck, arrange a rental car and even assist you with making a claim with your insurance company. We will do whatever it takes to make getting your vehicle repaired a pleasant experience.

 

7)      What should I remember following a collision?

• Call 911 and report it.
• Write down names, telephone numbers, addresses, license numbers, and any witness information.
