The Pride Promise of a "No Questions Asked" 30 Day Exchange
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your pre-owned vehicle, you may bring it back to us within 30 days or 1000 miles, whichever comes first.
If you are the original purchaser, and you choose to exchange your vehicle for any reason, The Pride Motor Group will credit the purchaser back the full net purchase price as a trade in value toward a vehicle of equal or greater value.
The price of the 2nd vehicle purchased, being more than the original vehicle purchased, the original purchaser will be responsible for the difference. Any modifications to the original finance agreement are subject to lending source approval. The purchaser is responsible for any sales tax, registration fees, licensing fees, bank fees, as well as the dealer documentation fee.
The original vehicle purchased must be in same condition as when the purchaser took delivery. Deductions will be made for damage, modifications and excessive wear and tear as determined by an authorized representative of The Pride Motor Group. If deductions exceed $500, the original vehicle will no longer be eligible for this program.
Certain exclusions to this policy will apply. This originally purchased vehicle will be the only vehicle eligible to take advantage of this program. Subsequent vehicles purchased are ineligible. Commercial, fleet and new vehicles are excluded.
All vehicles returned as part of this program are to be deemed compliant within the guidelines of this program as presented to the General Manager or its authorized representative. It is determined by the representative of Pride Chevrolet that the returned vehicle has had repairs in excess of $500, and then the vehicle will not be eligible for return. If the repairs performed are less than $500, then this amount will be deducted fro any credits due.
